Recommended Shipping Methods

CUBLINK strongly recommends that all parcels are sent using:

A tracked shipping service. Signature on delivery, particularly for higher-value items. Appropriate insurance where available through the chosen courier. Using tracked and signed delivery helps protect both buyers and sellers if a parcel is delayed, lost or disputed.

Shipping Costs

Sellers are responsible for selecting an accurate shipping price when creating their listing. Shipping costs cannot be changed once an item has been purchased, so please take the time to estimate postage carefully before publishing your item. Incorrect Addresses

Buyers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate before completing a purchase.

CUBLINK is not responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the buyer.

Signature on Delivery

For valuable items, CUBLINK recommends that sellers select a signature-required delivery service.

Where a seller chooses not to use signature on delivery, they accept the increased risk associated with proof of delivery disputes.

Seller Responsibilities

By listing an item on CUBLINK, sellers agree to:

Package items securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Dispatch sold items within the required timeframe displayed on the platform. Select and arrange their preferred courier or postal service. Accurately provide shipment and tracking information where applicable. Ensure the item matches its listing description and photographs. Sellers remain responsible for the item until it has been accepted by the chosen courier.
