We strongly recommend using tracked postage and sending the tracking number to the buyer via CUBLINK messages. It gives both you and the buyers the added peace of mind.

Once the buyer receives their order, they'll confirm everything has arrived and mark the item as received. Your payment is then released.

If the buyer fails to mark the order as received or report an issue within 14 days, the transaction is automatically considered complete and the payment is released.
